Ejamerica seeks an IT Infrastructure Compliance Engineer to join a fast-paced tech environment in Santa Clara. The role focuses on evaluating security, compliance, and resilience of complex systems linking internal operations to partners.

Responsibilities include leading audits across infrastructure, MES/PLM/ERP/SAP, and B2B integrations; reviewing partner security, data protection, and IP safeguards; coordinating with global IT teams and third-party vendors onsite.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in IT Audit, IT Security, IT Infrastructure, or Tech Risk Management.
• Hands-on infrastructure expertise with Windows/Unix servers, virtualization, and storage.
• Strong network audit skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, SSH.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and IAM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate risk for all stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 15–20%).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and execute IT and security audits of infrastructure, MES, PLM, ERP/SAP, and supply chain B2B integrations.
• Assess IT risk and security posture of external partners for security standards and data protection.
• Serve as on-site IT contact for regional stakeholders; coordinate with remote/global IT teams; manage critical escalations.
• Audit network segmentation, access controls, APIs, and data transmission for internal ↔ external exchanges.
• Assess environments against ISO 27001, SOX for privacy, financial integrity, and compliance.
• Evaluate data flows to data warehouses; use analytics to identify anomalies and gaps.
• Draft actionable audit reports for leadership and track remediation efforts.
