Job summary

ISG seeks an IT Category Manager to lead procurement across IT suppliers and client relationships in the US and globally. You will manage supplier portfolios, negotiate terms, and align IT demands with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in IT procurement, strong negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote-friendly with Eastern hours alignment and corporate governance involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Management, Economics, CS or IS.
• 7+ years of professional experience in IT procurement or supply management.
• Experience with IT services and suppliers.
• Experience with major IT suppliers.
• Experience with Coupa procure-to-pay.
• Experience with large non-profits, humanitarian services, or biomedical industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sr. Director and IT leadership to align IT demand with priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of IT suppliers, agreements, renewals, and third-party risk.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand procurement demands and timelines.
• Lead category strategies to control costs and ensure continuity of supply.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and renewals with internal partners.
