Job summary

John Deere seeks a Technology Auditor to join its US-based team in Moline, IL or Johnston, IA. You will perform IT audits and advisory reviews across the Global Enterprise, evaluating control design and effectiveness within SAP, cloud, and IT delivery environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with agile teams, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s IT degree and 2+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT audit, SAP Basis/SAP Security, SAP GRC, or internal control.
• Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities using interviews, artifacts and data.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (passport or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements across the Global Enterprise in an agile setting.
• Assess design and effectiveness of internal controls in delivery teams and apps.
• Conduct interviews with control owners and document conclusions and recommendations.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements in audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors on SOX-related engagements, including SAP audits.
