Accenture is seeking an Investment Banking Consulting Manager to lead major transformation programs for global sell-side institutions. You will drive end-to-end strategies across business, regulatory, and technology dimensions, partnering with senior clients and teams to deliver high-impact, future-ready solutions.

You will collaborate across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Technology & Operations to shape operating models and architectures that meet evolving market needs.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services with Investment Banking focus.
• 5+ years of external consulting/program management leading large-scale transformations.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage major, complex transformation programs at global investment banks across business, regulatory, and technology change initiatives.
• Lead complex consulting engagements with significant client interaction across the end-to-end trading lifecycle including Front, Middle, Back Office, and Technology & Operations.
• Synthesize client business and technology needs by evaluating solutions, architectures, and operating models to meet requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sell-side clients, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop high-performance, future-ready solutions.
• Understand sell-side industry trends, client needs, develop relevant solutions and deliver high-impact technology initiatives.
