Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an International Tax Senior Associate to join our growing International Tax practice. Our team collaborates with professionals across the U.S. and Baker Tilly International member firms worldwide to advise on global tax matters.

You will work on planning, compliance, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing and global mobility, serving diverse clients and contributing to high-quality tax solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• 3 years of professional experience.
• License eligible (CPA/MST/JD/LLM preferred) and GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of international tax services including planning, research, compliance, foreign tax credit, international provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, outbound and inbound structure planning and cross-border transactions.
• Work on multiple international tax engagements and contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clients.
• Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
• Collaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms around the world.
• Help provide technical guidance to tax professionals firm wide.
• Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs.
• Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
