Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Experience in management consulting or cross-functional strategy roles.
• Ability to use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows.
• Excellent structured problem-solving, communication, and storytelling, with executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant to business leaders, simplifying complex solutions and translating strategic goals into actionable program roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, from scoping to post-mortem, aligning global teams.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows, utilizing generative AI and automation to enhance operational velocity.
• Assess and optimize team processes, implementing scalable solutions to solve systemic organizational challenges globally.
• Apply a structured approach to complex problem-solving, rapidly mastering new subject areas as business priorities evolve.
