The role involves presenting findings to senior management and guiding fieldwork with audit teams. Eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week. Travel ~30% international and 10% domestic to visit global affiliates and conduct fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of commercial operations auditing experience.
• Advising on business operations to manage operational risk.
• Subject matter expert across Pricing, Offer Management, Sales & Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assess Schneider’s business processes, review risk, and the level of internal control.
• Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits with recommendations.
• Present significant findings to auditee and Senior Management, including final audit report.
• Coordinate fieldwork with guidance and manage audit team interactions.
