Biogen is seeking a Director of Global Internal Audit to lead a risk-based audit program, oversee the SOX/ICFR program, and drive continuous improvement in audit practices and talent. You will report to the VP, Chief Audit Executive, partnering with management to align audit strategy with Biogen’s objectives and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• CPA is required; CIA, CISA or similar certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience with Big 4 firms and leading audit teams.
• Proven leadership and strategy development in internal audit.
• Ability to travel ~20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Oversee SOX/ICFR program and governance processes.
• Lead audit engagements and develop team capabilities.
• Develop risk-based audit plans and committee reporting.
• Advance data analytics and automation within Internal Audit.
• Provide strategic direction to engagement teams and ensure quality.
