Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by start date.
• 1+ years of professional business experience (internships OK).
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with some international travel.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering preferred.
• CPA, CMA, CIA certification completed or progress toward completion preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute risk-based audits/reviews of business units, factories, head offices, and processes.
• Evaluate processes and controls for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure reliability and integrity of reporting and safeguarding of assets.
• Communicate findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Present audit results to stakeholders and agree on timelines for implementation.
• Maintain and update audit programs, manuals, and tools.
