Job summary

Etched is seeking an experienced Global Supply Manager in San Jose to lead sourcing and supplier strategy for high-speed interconnect technologies. In this role, you will manage relationships with critical suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with performance standards. Strong candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in sourcing and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. The package includes medical benefits, a housing subsidy, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or commodity management for interconnects.
• Strong analytical skills in cost modeling and should-cost analysis.
• Experience supporting NPI builds and scaling supply for high-volume production.

• Build and manage relationships with suppliers for performance and quality.
• Negotiate pricing and long-term supply agreements for interconnect components.
