Qualifications

- Hands-on lab, automation, instrumentation, PLC experience valued.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork; ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to global ESP Service Centers for workshop and testing equipment.
- Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot benches and test equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, PLC, automation and mechanical faults.
- Develop and support preventive maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through engineering improvements.
- Prepare maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, suppliers and regional teams.
- Travel internationally to support commissioning and improvements.
- Ensure work complies with HSE and quality standards.
