Qualifications

• 10+ years of injection molding process engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering/Technology or related field.
• Experience qualifying molds and process development from tool qualification to production releases.
• Strong knowledge of DOE methodologies and process validation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead new program and mold qualification activities across global programs.
• Develop robust molding processes using Scientific Molding principles.
• Establish process windows and CPPs for new product launches.
• Support design reviews, DOE, IQ/OQ/PQ/PPAP activities.
• Provide global manufacturing support and drive standardization.
• Mentor engineers and lead training in RJG and Scientific Molding.
