Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory modeling, hardware operations, or logistics in high-tech, semiconductor, or enterprise cloud infrastructure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners across offices and time zones.
• Plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and align TPU hardware programs across Google teams, supply, and finance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain planning and inventory management for Google's AI infrastructure initiatives.
