OMERS / Oxford Properties Group in New York or Toronto seeks a Director, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure to lead a globally dispersed compliance team. The role reports to the Vice President, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure and supports a SEC-regulated environment with complex regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

The role focuses on building a robust compliance program, regulatory filings, and strategic partnerships with investment teams to sustain growth and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years regulatory experience in a sophisticated environment.
• Experience in asset/investment management is preferred.
• JD or law degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global compliance program for OMERS Infrastructure.
• Regulatory filings and reporting to SEC, FCA, AUSTRAC and other regulators.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide trusted advisory support.
• Develop and sustain policies, training and governance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee a NY-based senior analyst and coordinate with international teams.
