Job summary

Slalom, a next-generation professional services firm, seeks a senior leader to head Global Life Sciences/Pharma, shaping strategy, targets, and client transformations. You will partner with account leaders to drive growth, mentor experts, and align business processes, tech, and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will travel roughly 60% to engage clients and Slalom offices, presenting at industry events and advancing our industry offerings with a growth mindset and focus on people.

Qualifications

• Passion for building Life Sciences/Pharma expertise to solve client challenges.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on growth and transformational outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities from disruptions.
• At least 10 years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences or publishing industry content.
• Ability to travel ~60% to visit clients and Slalom offices.

• Set the vision for and lead the direction of the Global Life Sciences / Pharma at Slalom ; establish i ndustry targets and develop overall Life Sciences / Pharma strategy
• Partner with account leaders to develop growth plans a nd drive accountability to achieve targets
• Advise clients on business and technology transformations working with senior business and functional leaders to understand key business drivers, define strategic needs, and develop future business capabilities leveraging industry best practices
• Mature our Life Sciences / Pharma community, develop our experts and industry offerings , and sharing our stories
• Ensure the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data, and people work together to drive performance throughout the enterprise
• Drive connections and strategy with our Global Partners to best serve our Life Sciences / Pharma clients together
• Serve as a leader within our Global Industry Community and steward of Slalom’s core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people
• Contribute to business development and solutioning conversations across multiple Slalom markets & clients

• The ability to travel ~60% of the time to visit clients and Slalom offices
