Job summary

Det-Tronics is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to manage the technical, schedule, and financial aspects of assigned custom engineered customer order projects and large or complicated equipment orders in the industrial life safety sector.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate communications, develop project plans, monitor margins and schedules, manage change orders, ensure contractual obligations are met, and report results to senior management throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Project Management or related fields.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with DEC products and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for project issues.
• Define and organize work for assigned projects.
• Guide project team to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Manage change orders and contract obligations.
• Maintain project records and entry of orders.
• Report project status to management and support post-sale activities.
