Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Lead in Partnerships to drive and accelerate partner ecosystems for Core AI workstreams, especially around identity and sign-in experiences. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to guide initiatives, develop robust go-to-market strategies, engage strategic partners, and lead end-to-end product and research agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or product management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnerships strategy for the core experience product area, focusing on growth for Access Everywhere and Identity teams.
Lead Google Identity’s growth strategy through partner engagement and commercial incentive programs to expand ecosystem reach.
Manage the global partner pipeline end-to-end, including new opportunities and acquisition goals.
Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to align cross-functional teams and co-develop product strategy.
Cultivate understanding of identity and account security landscape and conduct market research.
