Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston seeks Associate Director, Global Patient Safety ICSR TA Lead to oversee global ICSR processing and external vendor management within a Therapeutic Area. You will lead TA ICSR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive KPI-based vendor oversight to deliver timely high-quality cases.

You will mentor staff across PV functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support audits and inspections as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of external partner and vendor management experience.
• Hands-on experience with all operational aspects of ICSR processing and reporting.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads TA ICSR operations in a matrix organization.
• Oversees vendor performance and KPI development within quality systems.
• Mentors staff on PV and ICSR processes for pre/post-marketing.
• Represents GPS in cross-functional initiatives and audits.
