Job summary

Original Composites & Fiberglass is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead in the United States focusing on IAM, SAP Security, and OT Security. You will drive global security services, design identity strategies, and ensure secure access across enterprise IT and manufacturing environments.

The role requires leading IAM and SAP security initiatives, enforcing Zero Trust, and coordinating with ERP and operations teams for scalable security solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT infrastructure, security, IAM in enterprise environments.
• Strong IAM architecture experience and zero-trust leadership.
• Experience with SAP security and OT security environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as global IAM domain owner, define identity strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead IAM architecture, lifecycle, access governance, and privileged controls.
• Define enterprise identity architecture, including role models and patterns.
• Support IAM platforms (Saviynt) design, role engineering, and compliance.
• Lead SAP security architecture and operations, including SoD integration.
• Collaborate with ERP, infrastructure, and apps teams for secure access.
