Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a Director to lead global Health, Safety, Environment and Security for a dispersed technical and forensic consulting workforce.

You will establish standards, manage risk, and ensure regulatory and client compliance across field offices and projects. The role partners with senior leaders to drive consistent HSE accountability worldwide, oversees audits, training, and program updates, and requires extensive travel to support operations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry practices.
• Ability to develop and implement practical HSE programs for a global, field-based organization.
• Experience leading HSE programs across multiple locations and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HSES strategy, programs, policies, and practice standards.
• Assess risks for field assignments and regulatory compliance across geographies.
• Investigate significant incidents, injuries, near misses, and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor HSES performance and report trends to senior leadership.
