We’re seeking an HR Services Manager to provide expert HR guidance to global clients on Mexico Employment Laws, managing onboarding, policies, contracts, and compliance across international workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, HR Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist in international scope.
• Knowledge of applicable legislations and rules.
• HR experience: management of terminations; payroll experience desirable; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all HR questions throughout the worker life cycle.
• Coordinate onboarding for GEO workers with Operations.
• Develop and maintain employment contracts ensuring legal compliance.
• Advise on salary analysis and career progression for workers.
• Support HR policies and updates across teams; ensure compliance.
