Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and efficiently process sales in-store. You will assist customers with financing matters and strive to meet sales goals while following cash handling procedures.

Ideal candidates are legally allowed to work in the US, at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent; some customer service or sales experience is preferred, and the role may involve lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPIs and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
