Job summary

TJFACT LLC, doing business as Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques, seeks a Policy Analyst for the CDC DGHP in Atlanta, GA. This onsite, full-time role evaluates public health programs and policies, advising on improvements for international health initiatives.

Responsibilities include supporting high-level public health projects with international partners, preparing briefings, and developing SOPs for donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing listed tasks.
• Master’s degree in public health, MBA, or relevant field.
• Documented experience with a policy office at either the Center or Division level.
• Demonstrated success and examples in policy analysis.
• Ability to draft and respond to Congressional and partner inquiries.
• Ability to organize, support, and complete high level, collaborative meetings and/or projects with partners and Ministries of Health.
• Context in global health security is preferred.
• Knowledge of appropriations law and federal funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support collaborative public health projects between the DGHP and internal/external partners.
• Develop presentations, talking points, and briefings on programs and priority countries.
• Research and prepare responses to inquiries from public health partners.
• Analyze data findings and interpret policy guidance for overseas programs.
• Develop SOPs and materials for engagement with the CDC Foundation and donors.
• Coordinate partner outreach and cultivation of non-financial relationships.
• Develop materials showcasing partnership opportunities with CDC/DGHP.
• Plan and coordinate engagements with Congressional and partner stakeholders.
