Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support sales within a store environment. You will process orders, assist customers with financing matters when needed, and help meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, and are legally authorized to work in the United States. Lifting requirements up to 25 lbs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
