NYU Langone Health is seeking a Manager of Engagement and Partnerships for AMPATH Ghana within the Global Health section of the IEHE to develop and sustain strategic partnerships across the U.S. and globally for the program.

The role will identify, initiate, and strengthen partnerships to support implementation and sustainability, and advance the program's objectives with a diverse global network.

Formación

• A master's degree in public health, public policy/administration, business, or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills; ability to work well under pressure and in teams.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders from government, academia, media and non-profit sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to build and sustain partnerships with academic, governmental, non-profit, and private sector stakeholders.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward new partners to expand and sustain AMPATH Ghana's reach and impact.
• Communicate effectively with program staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Prepare and share regular updates and reports with partners and sponsors.
• Prioritize requests from stakeholders for technical assistance and related support.
• Represent and present AMPATH Ghana to various audiences.
• Promote and disseminate the program's research agenda.
• Contribute to sustainability strategy development to support growth and resilience.
• Facilitate financial sustainability by engaging potential supporters and coordinating with institutional offices.
• Develop and implement an impactful communications plan to raise visibility and engagement.
• Support partner engagement through regular communication and coordinating partner visits to Ghana.
• Other duties as requested by the Executive Director of AMPATH Ghana.
