  • Own enterprise-wide demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce analytics.
  • Lead the Headcount Approval Process across functions and geographies.
  • Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on workforce investments and capacity.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and performance.
  • Drive transformation of governance capabilities using analytics and automation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational leaders on financial implications.
