Job summary

Cisco is seeking a highly technical, strategic leader to guide the Principal and Distinguished Security Solutions Engineers in driving Cisco's security vision. You will translate business goals into a concrete cross-architecture roadmap and empower elite engineers to solve complex challenges, influence product direction, and advance Secure Networking globally.

You will partner with BU, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure real-world insights inform GTM roadmaps, and you will mentor teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global technical teams.
• Lead autonomous Principal/Distinguished SEs with impact.
• Deep cyber security expertise across SASE, SIEM/SOAR, AI security.
• Lead technical discussions with industry leaders.
