CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Leader to steer the global Regulatory Affairs Study Start-Up (RASSU) function from our Raleigh, NC office. You will drive strategy, governance, and performance across regions, aligning with sponsor objectives and regulatory requirements.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning while developing leaders, improving processes, and ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a large, geographically dispersed global RASSU organization.
• Experience owning departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics.
• Strong track record in regulatory requirements, GSOPs, and ICH-GCP.
• Experience leading global organizational transformation or automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead global RASSU organization through regional leaders, ensuring structure and execution.
• Set strategy, objectives, and performance expectations aligned with regulatory and sponsor goals.
• Accountable for delivery, quality, engagement, retention, and financial targets.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and talent development.
• Develop and retain high-performing leaders and ensure accountability for performance.
• Forecast and manage departmental budget, headcount, and expenditures.
