Job summary

Verastem Oncology seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality to lead global regulatory strategy and product quality for the company's small molecule portfolio.

This executive will set enterprise-wide priorities, align regulatory, quality, CMC, clinical development, and safety functions, and build a high-performing team dedicated to timely, compliant submissions and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or other relevant field required.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global regulatory strategies across US, EU, and Japan.
• Guide regulatory strategy across Clinical Development, CMC, Safety, and other lifecycle activities.
• Ensure timely, high-quality preparation and delivery of global regulatory submissions and responses.
• Lead the global quality strategy, ensuring GxP and GMP compliance across products and partners.
• Build and mentor high-performing, diverse teams and foster a culture of urgency, collaboration and quality.
