Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences with healthcare compliance program responsibilities.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry guidance affecting pharma.
• Experience with GCP, clinical trial ops, or clinical research compliance preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strategic leadership and influencing without authority.
• Strong problem solving and risk analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Technical Operations to sustain a culture of compliance.
• Conduct regular governance meetings with key business leaders across R&D, Clinical, and Tech Ops.
• Develop tools and reports to support ownership of Compliance across the company.
• Chair the Global R&D and Clinical Compliance Committee quarterly.
• Provide global Compliance guidance to countries and functions with clinical presence.
• Oversee readiness for regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, etc.) and remediation tracking.
• Design risk-based Compliance monitoring and auditing programs with data analytics.
• Advise on investigator-initiated trials, research grants, and third-party contracts.
