Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an Executive Director of Quality for the Global Biologics Network in the US. You will shape quality strategy, oversee risk, and ensure cGMP compliance across biologics sites to safeguard product supply.

Leading a multinational quality organization, you will drive inspections readiness, KPI governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Operations with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in biologics and vaccines manufacturing, global cGMP standards, and inspections.
• Proven track record leading global quality teams in a multi-site organization.
• Preferred advanced degree and international multi-site experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the global quality strategy, risk management framework, and product life cycle management for the Biologics Manufacturing network.
• Lead Health Authority inspection readiness programs across all biologics sites and partner with Compliance teams.
• Establish and govern global quality KPIs and deploy Quality Risk Management methodologies.
• Champion a global culture of quality by driving talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement (LEAN).
• Ensure effective communication and escalation for critical quality issues across global operations.
