Job summary

Elanco seeks an Executive Director of Quality for the Global Biologics Network. You will provide strategic leadership, define the global quality strategy, and ensure robust compliance with cGMP and USDA standards across internal biologics sites.

You will collaborate with Global Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Supply Chain to align quality objectives with business growth and product supply continuity, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field required.
• 15+ years in Quality Assurance/Operations in pharma/biotech, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in biologics and vaccines manufacturing, global cGMP, USDA standards.
• Proven ability to lead international health authority inspections.

Responsibilities

• Direct the global quality strategy and risk management framework for the Biologics Manufacturing network.
• Lead health authority inspection readiness programs across biologics sites.
• Establish and govern global quality KPIs and use Quality Risk Management for continuous improvement.
• Champion a global culture of quality through talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
