Responsibilities

• Lead Human Appeal’s Emergency Response Unit to enable swift and effective responses worldwide.
• Coordinate emergency response operations with country offices and partners.
• Develop and implement strategies, plans and budgets for emergency response activities.
• Monitor risk, surge capacity, and preparedness across HA country programmes.
• Ensure adherence to CHS, ICRC code of conduct and donor requirements.
