Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit, based in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle from engagement to value realization.

You will partner with Commercial, Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Operations and R&D to ensure market growth, portfolio leadership, and customer adoption at scale, with Go-to-Market execution and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive results in a global commercial environment.
• Ability to translate complex customer, product, and market data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across product, R&D, commercial, and operations.
• Experience in Customer Insights, Analytics, Market Research, or Commercial Strategy.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or Biotechnology industries.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer Success strategy execution for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, adoption, and commercial governance.
• Own and lead the Go‑to‑Market strategy and growth initiatives.
• Enable and coordinate global Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams through playbooks and data-driven targeting.
• Drive portfolio growth through analytics, intelligence, and customer value differentiation.
• Oversee a high‑performing CS organization with leaders for adoption, insights, and governance.
