Job summary

IQVIA seeks a strategicQA leader to oversee global QA programs across clinical research, GxP, and regulatory compliance. You will guide risk-based decisions, support audits, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives with regional and global QA teams.

The role requires extensive CQA, GCP/GxP experience and collaboration with sponsors, clinical operations, and regulators to ensure patient safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Broad QA leadership and compliance oversight.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, GxP, and ICH guidelines.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as QA liaison for customers, sponsors, and clinical ops.
• Oversee QA issues, deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Mentor QA personnel and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
