Job summary

Kailera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Data Management to define and execute the global clinical data management strategy. You will scale the data infrastructure and oversee end-to-end data integrity across all phases of clinical development.

Reporting to the VP of Biometrics, you will drive data quality, standardize processes, and ensure inspection readiness while leading a high-performing Data Management team and managing CRO relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical data management with leadership
• Experience with large clinical trial datasets and late-stage programs
• Proven track record in NDA/BLA/MAA filings and regulatory interactions
• Strong knowledge of CDASH standards and data management processes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management strategy and global data infrastructure
• Build and scale a high-performing Data Management organization
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness
• Manage CRO relationships and governance frameworks
• Drive data quality, integrity, and standardization across trials
