Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Global Head, Business Continuity Lead to drive the ongoing transformation of Dell's Enterprise Resiliency, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs. The role focuses on risk-based planning, testing, and reporting of resiliency compliance across business units in Round Rock, Texas.

Lead global programs, guide governance, and partner with senior leaders to advance automation and reduce disruption risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, or MBCI.
• 10+ years of experience in global or enterprise-level resiliency programs (crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery).
• Experience building and measuring crisis management, continuity, and recovery plans to standards.
• Thought leadership in resiliency with ability to translate into operational enablement.
• Proven ability to secure executive commitment and resources for strategic initiatives.
• Cyber resiliency governance, testing and best practices.
• Third-party risk and resiliency planning experience.

Responsibilities

What you’ll achieve

As a Global Head Business Continuity Lead, you will play a critical role in the ongoing transformation of Dell's Global Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs ensuring the company continues to effectively manage critical business disruptions in an increasingly complex world. As part of our Enterprise Resiliency team, you will support the development of risk-based planning and testing programs. This will include driving initiatives within Business Units to enhance our world leading resiliency capabilities by prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on Resiliency compliance.

You will:

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Enterprise Resiliency team members and stakeholders to understand program needs and challenges
• Provide guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep Resiliency Programs aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable
• Collaborate with resiliency professionals worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standards
• Provide updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for Enterprise Resiliency
• Drive the maturity of Resiliency programs by identifying opportunities for automation and process simplification

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications to include one or more of the following; CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional, MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional), MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute)
• 10+ years proven experience on Global or Enterprise-level Resiliency Program (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) at a Fortune 500 company
• Experience building, facilitating, and measuring effective Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans and testing programs based on industry and regulatory standards
• Resiliency thought leadership, best practice awareness, and demonstrated ability to translate into operational enablement
• Proven experience partnering with leaders across lines of business to secure organizational commitment and resources on strategic initiatives
• Cyber Resiliency (Backup, Archive, Ransomware) governance, testing, and best practices
• Third-Party Risk & Resiliency Planning

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with resilient system architecture, high availability, cloud, managed services, and emerging technology solutions
• Process automation and Artificial Intelligence a plus

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $148,750 - $192,500
