Job summary

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of direct BSA/AML and sanctions compliance experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement sanctions compliance programs consistent with OFAC’s framework.
  • Proficiency with compliance reporting to Boards of Directors and executive management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead BSA/AML and sanctions compliance programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing compliance programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with regulators and auditors.
