The Global Head, BFSI Sales - Global Industries is a leading sales strategist responsible for the success of the financial services (banking and insurance) vertical, including revenue and growth. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of customer needs, technology, and competitors, driving digital strategies and representing IRM’s portfolio of technology products and solutions.

As an experienced leader, you will build lasting executive relationships with clients, aligning their strategic priorities with our solutions to foster mutual growth. Success is measured by quota attainment, revenue and margin growth, and customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Expand relationships with top global banking and insurance clients through strategic account planning based on deep understanding of their business priorities and market trends.
  2. Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives via value-driven solutions, fostering growth and influence.
  3. Coordinate internal teams to maximize revenue and grow our technology solutions portfolio.
  4. Qualify opportunities, lead deal strategies, and oversee execution, including negotiations and designing tailored solutions with clients and internal teams.
  5. Engage in ongoing training to enhance solution selling skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
  6. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, economic conditions, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic direction.
  7. Oversee internal resources for key account activities, including business reviews and contract renewals.

  1. 15+ years of technology sales experience in large, complex financial services accounts, with a proven track record.
  2. Successful history selling large-scale technology solutions including BI, analytics, content management, and automation.
  3. Experience with cloud solutions, SaaS, and understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
  4. High-level knowledge of application deployment, data security, and lifecycle management.
  5. Proven ability to develop relationships with senior leadership, including VP/SVP/EVP/CEO levels.
  6. Expertise in the financial sector, managing strategic accounts globally.
  7. Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
