Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a Global Solution Architect (IS/…O) to translate complex business and technical needs into scalable architectures connecting shop floor to top floor—MES, DCS/SCADA, historians, labs, networks, and the cloud. The role focuses on embedding security and compliance, enabling efficient delivery, and ensuring inspection-ready operations across a global network.

You will design end-to-end solutions for GxP manufacturing with cross-domain impact, produce architecture

Qualifications

8+ years in manufacturing, OT, automation, or GxP solution architecture or engineering.
Experience with MES, DCS/SCADA, historians, and lab systems.
Experience designing IT/OT architectures, network segmentation, industrial DMZs, secure data flows, and resilient site solutions.
Familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88; experience in GxP environments.

Responsibilities

Own architecture input and design quality within the GxP Manufacturing domain; support ARB decision-making inputs.
Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end solution designs, including system interactions and data flows.
Produce and maintain architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, interface definitions) to support design decisions.
Identify dependencies, risks, and complexity; elevate design deviations to the Solution Architecture Lead as needed.
Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards while balancing delivery constraints.
Global role requiring coordination across time zones and occasional off-hours.
