The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking a Senior Director of Global Go-to-Market to design and govern a unified global commercial operating model across direct and indirect channels.

You will lead GTM transformation with regions, partners, and leaders to align strategy and execution globally. You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate with distributors, and drive clarity in matrixed, multi-region markets while delivering scalable, high-impact initiatives that grow market share

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in commercial leadership roles, ideally in global GTM or channel management.
  • Proven track record managing complex distributor networks across regions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Experience in a matrix global organization with multiple decision-makers.
  • Background in industries with hybrid direct/indirect sales models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global go-to-market strategy across direct and indirect channels.
  • Partner with PROpS leadership and the VP Global Sales to support objectives.
  • Define operating models for each country based on market maturity and strategic priorities.
  • Establish a global GTM governance framework for alignment and accountability.
  • Segment and prioritize the distributor network and define partnership models.
  • Negotiate terms with distributors and manage relationships for scalability.
  • Provide country and regional teams with tools to compare routes to customer and monitor distributor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and scalable GTM models.
  • Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and enhance customer experience.
