Rothy’s, based in San Francisco, is transforming materials into wardrobe essentials with a planet-first approach. We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO, owning Finance, Accounting and Strategy as we scale globally with discipline.

This hands-on leader will guide long-term planning, capital allocation, investor relations and Board communication while balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution to fuel profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressive senior finance leadership in consumer goods, retail, or related industries.
• Proven CFO track record in a fast-scaling, global, multi-channel business.
• Experience with investor relations and board communications.
• Deal evaluation, integration planning, or partnership development is a plus.
• Strong communication, influence, and senior leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Build a high-performing team.
• Partner with the CEO to set strategy and ensure alignment across the executive team.
• Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls for global, multi-channel growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for clear performance management.
• Lead investor relations and Board communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on opportunities and global expansion.
• Represent the company voice with the Board, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Champion collaboration, transparency, and high performance across the company.
