Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Global Supply Manager for Ground Infrastructure (Starlink) to lead regional supplier management, budgeting, and delivery. You’ll develop contracts, optimize spend, and drive performance improvements across data centers, fiber, IXs, and other in-region partners.

You’ll build cross‑functional partnerships, set quarterly plans, and align regional investments with SpaceX’s global network strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in hardware/procurement/supply chain/engineering/strategy and operations/tech, or 9+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute long-term agreements with major suppliers by developing contracts.
• Ensure procurement and delivery of regional ground infrastructure is on time and within budget.
• Analyze regional spend, reliability, service, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvements.
• Develop and own the regional quarterly planning process and budget with inputs from planning, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Set and meet targets for spend, speed, and quality aligned with global goals.
• Evaluate major investments and expansion plans to align with SpaceX network strategy.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive performance and process improvements.
• Drive standardization and scalability of planning, workflow, and tools.
