Job summary

Paisly seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to establish and maintain global governance, ERM and operational compliance as the platform expands in domestic and international markets. You will partner with Legal and Cloud Engineering Compliance to align regulatory requirements with business goals and risk management across the travel platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Paralegal Studies, Information Security, Legal Studies, or related field; OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), ERM, or regulatory/privacy compliance operations.
• Experience evaluating multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance and privacy frameworks (CCPA/GDPR).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product and legal teams.
• Excellent project management with attention to regulatory deadlines and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management and maintain the master Compliance Obligations Register.
• Translate FTC/DOT travel rules and data privacy mandates into actionable guidance.
• Facilitate third-party due diligence and vendor risk management, including DPAs/NDAs.
• Assess privacy and regulatory compliance across international footprint (US/EU/UK/Canada).
• Establish and govern SOPs and support audits with Legal and Cloud Engineering teams.
• Manage Seller of Travel (SOT) registrations and international licensing requirements.
• Develop company-wide GRC training programs.
• Support crewmembers' engagement, growth and goal achievement.
• Other duties as assigned.
