Novartis Canada seeks a Global GMP Quality Auditor to safeguard compliance and patient safety across our global network. You will plan and execute audits with external partners and internal teams, driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/medical devices, QA/QC expertise, and willingness to travel about 60% worldwide. Excellent English communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineering) or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and interaction with Health Authorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead, and execute GMP audits across global operations and external partners.
• Assess compliance with regulations, quality standards, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Document audit observations, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Review and approve corrective and preventive action plans addressing audit findings.
• Provide expert guidance and training on audit activities.
• Escalate critical compliance issues and support timely mitigation activities.
• Maintain expertise in evolving regulations and quality expectations.
