Jobgether, United States (Remote-first), seeks SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to build and scale a global legal function. You will serve as the principal legal advisor to the CEO and Board, shaping strategies across product, commercial, governance, and regulatory domains.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading and scaling distributed, global legal teams.
• Strong expertise in governance, commercial law, and international employment or regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of global workforce models, ideally in EOR/HR tech/SaaS.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, asynchronous, globally distributed environment.
