Travel up to 50% may be required as you lead cross-functional teams, establish governance, and promote AI-enabled engineering excellence to accelerate digital innovation and client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy and operating models.
• Minimum of 2 years of engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation leadership.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capabilities to enable GCC design and setup.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models with stakeholders.
• Establish modern engineering practices and governance within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate innovation.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
