Job summary

Tencent Games offers a hands-on Global Business Development internship for students eager to explore entertainment IP trends and strategic partnerships. Work with the Business Development team to scan markets, analyze content investments, and support investment reviews with thorough documentation.

We seek undergraduates or MBAs with strong business and data analysis skills, excellent writing, and a passion for games.

Qualifications

• University undergraduate or MBA student; pursuing business, management, or finance related major preferred.
• Strong business and data analysis skills; prior consulting or strategy project experience preferred.
• Excellent material writing ability and execution; able to drive insights end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Scan and monitor global game/IP market with the Business Development team.
• Research and analyze content and consumer industries investment trends with a focus on IP.
• Provide support documentation for strategic analysis, investment review, and case studies.
• Study and evaluate potential partners, game studios and IP holders, and support Tencent management decisions.
