Job summary

PER, a leading global fund manager, is seeking a Project Management, Investor Relations and Fundraising professional to join the International Fund team in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the intersection of investment, fundraising and operations, coordinating RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence while supporting new fund launches.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in private markets or fundraising support, strong communication, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with investor data

Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, asset management, investor relations, product management or fundraising support.
• Hands-on experience with RFPs, DDQs, investor due diligence or fundraising documentation.
• Good understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes.
• Experience with fund launches, investor data rooms or CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Exposure to evergreen fund structures would be particularly interesting.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence requests, working closely with investment teams and other internal stakeholders
• Managing investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Supporting new fund launches, including coordinating documentation, approvals and key deliverables
• Preparing investor presentations, pitch materials and other fundraising documentation
• Improving processes around product information, governance and investor reporting
• Supporting the development of CRM systems, investor databases and fundraising reporting
• Managing multiple projects and coordinating across investment, fundraising, legal and operational teams
