Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & innovation or R&D experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• Experience leading engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of physical fulfillment and logistics systems across the globe.
• Innovate with complex automated material handling equipment and robotics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and communicate with partners and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Lead ergonomic design improvements using digital human modeling results.
• Develop standard work documentation across multiple building types.
